1 General Terms

334ok (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "334ok") is an online gaming platform providing gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 334ok website, mobile application, and all associated services.

It is solely the user's responsibility to read and understand these Terms. By creating an account on or using 334ok, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use 334ok.

334ok reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

2 Account Register

You must create an account to access the full range of 334ok's services. Accurate and complete information is required at registration. 334ok reserves the right to terminate any account found to have been registered with false or misleading information.

Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited — if detected, all accounts and their balances will be permanently forfeited.

• The name, address, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• If any unauthorized access to your account is detected, notify 334ok support immediately.
• Transferring or selling account credentials is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts cannot be operated by a third party on behalf of the account holder.

3 Age Restrictions

334ok's services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to use this platform — no exceptions.

334ok reserves the right to verify a user's age at registration and at any time thereafter. Account functionality may be restricted until verification is complete.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory on 334ok. Identity verification is required before withdrawals and when certain thresholds are exceeded.

Documents typically required for KYC:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent photo (ID card with selfie)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (if applicable)

Failure to complete KYC may delay or suspend the withdrawal process. Verification is completed within 3 business days of document submission. If there are any issues, the support team will notify you.

5 Deposits & Payments

6 Withdrawal Rules

7 Bonus Terms

General bonus terms and conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be used for gameplay
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (unless stated otherwise in the promotion)

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded
• If your internet connection is lost, the game result will be saved on the server

• The outcome of one game does not affect the outcome of any other game

If you experience any technical issues during a game, contact the support team immediately. All disputes will be resolved based on server logs.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 334ok. Violations will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Any form of fraud or system manipulation
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using software or hacking tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Collusion betting against the platform
• Unauthorized use of the 334ok name or logo

10 Account Closure & Suspension

334ok reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• Failure to complete the required KYC verification
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• At the user's own request
• If a self-exclusion request is submitted under the Responsible Gaming policy
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the verified balance will be returned within 7 business days. If closure is due to a terms violation, the right to a refund may not apply.

In any dispute concerning a game's technical outcome, server-side logs shall serve as the definitive evidence. Screenshots or client-side data alone are not accepted as proof.

13 Changes to Terms

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
